About Us

Founded in 2016, Megawatt Solutions is a retail electricity supplier and a developer of battery energy storage solutions (BESS) for utility, commercial, and large-scale projects. We leverage our technological, regulatory, and business expertise – along with our partnerships with first-class suppliers, energy suppliers and EPCs to provide tailor-fit solutions, quality delivery, and cost savings.

We help our customers in the Philippines to increase grid stability, store excess energy, and reduce energy costs during peak consumption periods. We believe in energy efficiency and in educating others on the applications and benefits of BESS technology.

Retail Competition allows power suppliers to directly transact business with any electricity end-user designated by the Energy Regulatory Commission as a Contestable Customer. Meanwhile, Open Access allows Contestable Customers (CCs) to freely choose their suppliers of electricity whom they deem offer the power supply arrangement with the most competitive price and best suitable to their power supply requirements.
